Reema Bedair
Technical Artist
I am a 3D technical artist with a Bachelor's in Animation and Games and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. My passion lies in applying my technical and artistic skills to solve pipeline challenges as well as enhance the art in games, animation, and computer graphics.
I enjoy developing tools and scripts for animation and games. The languages I’m familiar with include Python, Java, C++, and C#. I am skilled as a 3D generalist in industry-standard programs like Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Motion Builder, and Substance Painter. I also take pleasure in working inside real-time engines like Unity and Unreal. Both the combination of my programming knowledge and my artistic abilities enhance my work during the production process.
What sets me apart is my dedication to always excelling and consistently rising to challenges. I’ve attended many Tech Art Meetups, where I continue to learn new approaches and stay connected with talented individuals. I’ve also presented a seminar on how to script simple tools and the best ways to break down a problem. I am known for my strong work ethic, which includes ensuring tasks are completed and deadlines are met. I give it my all and approach every endeavor with passion and attention. On top of that, I am a quick learner and capable of easily adopting new methods and technologies.
